Bulgaria - We're here!!

Long plane ride....long plane ride. 

Italy's airport was "complicated" but we flew out - a little late - but we made Bulgaria around 7pm local time.

Mike and I have a small apartment in pretty much the middle of Sophia.  We can walk to stuff and on our first night we walked to a really cool, simple place to eat and had a great dinner.

Getting to Bulgaria was a chore.  Almost 16 hours on the plane and in airports with very little sleep on the ride over.

Tomorrow (wed.) we meet and interview the vice-minister...she's in charge of the process in Bulgaria.  We have a pretty full day of interviews and meetings with the agency that's working for international adoptions on the ground in Bulgaria.
